Municipal Infrastructure Projects Financing

    At Municipal-Funding, we help municipalities and rural communities identify and develop the financing necessary to complete necessary infrastructure projects.

    Through low interest loans, tax-exempt leasing, grants and municipal bonds, we can fund other municipal projects such as:

        Road, bridge & culvert building projects
        Road repaving projects
        Water line projects
        Sewer line projects
        Water treatment plant projects
        Sewage/Wastewater treatment plant projects
        Electrical co-op projects
        Municipal building construction
        General consulting

    As with our services to volunteer fire departments and EMS services, we do NOT charge any up front fees for pursuing the funding for these types of projects.  Additionally, our fees are usually a one time event, which are usually added to the budget of these projects.

    For our other projects, such as computers/web and general consulting, our fees are based upon the services rendered and we can finance these at a rate of one percent (1%) interest.

    For computer systems, we do not sell the hardware, but rather consult as to the configurations of the hardware necessary, find a local hardware vendor and help to arrange financing, if necessary.  The reason we do not sell or service the hardware is purely a matter of geography and timing.  It is much better for the municipality to have a local vendor, who can service or replace the hardware immediately.  What we do is the software, disaster recovery and business continuity planning, and the website and e-commerce consulting, which we can do from anywhere in the country.

    We also work with your municipal solicitor and/or municipal manager, to assemble all of the necessary paperwork, as we pursue the best grant, loan, or lease rate for your community.  Unlike others, we have funding alternatives that we automatically pursue as "Plan-B".
